This is just an old sketch I did a long time ago. One of the first ones I did I think. I was trying to get a feel for the software and how things worked. I'm *still* trying to figure this stuff out... I may revisit the idea later. Ever get told you run like a girl? Or tell someone else that? It wouldn't be so weird if you were a girl, but us guys take that as an insult!

I am horribly organized on my PC. I really try not to be but it seems the harder I try the worse I make it. While trying to hunt down files I saw some of my old sketches and stuff so I figured I could use it as an excuse to open up a little more.

As promised, I have a big update coming up. This "Coin Spinner" stuff has grown. It's cut up into about 10 parts right now but I think the final page count is going to be ~200 pages. I got to exercise and experiment a lot during this project and I have to remind myself of how much I've learned. I tend to focus on how much there is left to learn, complicated things... *groans*

I've been writing so much. It's all I can do while my render machine turns into a high temperature brick as it renders HD images. I've written two short stories I'd like to make into comics, but I've can't stop writing about the Genesis Incident. I've barely even released the entire prologue and have only hinted at the main story... perhaps my pacing is too slow. We'll see when I release Coin Spinner.

Speaking of which, I've been putting together a sneak peek to hold us over until I complete this final chapter. I'm just over halfway through a flashback, where I've re-imagined the original episode. Just a few pages to finalize before showing them off. The renders are done for it, in fact... I'm sort of rendering a concept image for Genesis! Sorry I had to take a break from Coin Spinner... I'm in the middle of the last TF sequence for it too. I tell ya, the page layout for widescreen is kind of limited...

It slows me down. I'm having trouble getting my sense of speed/pacing of the transformation over a series of images and noises per page. I'm really struggling with the layout where I never really thought about it before. But when I look back at old stuff (for instance Apothecary) I just sort of slapped images onto a page with only a general sense of direction. There's a lot to be said about how each page is presented and I find I have to literally sketch entire pages out on paper... and dear god I am not a competent freehand artist.
